How it works:

Masana Tech will drop off a locked box, filled with working loaner Chromebooks

When one of your Chromebook fails, place it in the locked box, and take out a working loaner. You never need to be without a working Chromebook!

Every week (no need to call us), Masana Tech will pick up all your broken Chromebooks, and drop off working laptops.

Throughout the week, Masana Tech will diagnose and repair your broken Chromebooks. If you already have a warranty, we will reach out to collect warrantied parts for free.

The following week, the repaired Chromebooks will be delivered, and the broken Chromebooks picked up again.

Price: $20 per broken Chromebook placed in the repair lock box, plus the cost of parts (if not covered under your existing warranty).
